Poll: Sluggy art
Of all the comics out there, Pete Abrams’ artistic style on Sluggy Freelance seems to never to visually change. Some people see consistency. Some people see stubbornness. Are you a fan of the art? Yea, or nay?

Kinda always the third, despite knowing better I still feel like someone’s pulling my leg.
Yeah, Sluggy’s art is… not great. But hey, that’s the tradeoff when it comes to daily webcomics – you get a new comic every day, but that doesn’t leave much time for the artist to improve his or her craft. Quantity vs. quality.
(And on the far opposite end of the spectrum, you have comics like Lackadaisy Cats – gorgeous artwork, but updates once in a blue moon, if we’re lucky.)
In the Oct, 1 Sluggy, Lord Pang says, “Assign somebody to be afraid of Torg. And his eyes! His huge, menacing eyes! And they call me a mutant!!” Pete Abrams would rather mock his style than improve it.
Hey darious even if there is not a lot of time to do a lot in the art side with a daily schedule it surprise me the lack of improvement with the basics with daily practice
How can you say that the art has not improved over the years. Sure it is not a masterpiece here, but it is better then when he first started.
