		<description><![CDATA[Well, reviews are always going to be subjective, and that&#039;s the nature of the beast.  It&#039;s opinion.   That said, I would like to share &lt;i&gt;my&lt;/i&gt; personal thoughts - my own opinion.  For what it&#039;s worth. (Three cents? For inflation?  Nah.)

Anyhoo...

Personally, I really have to strongly argue the point that the characters of Super Fogeys are one-dimensional.  In fact, I find the characters to embody a very subtle depth of character that&#039;s one of the strengths of the series, and why we readers enjoy it so much.  This is incorporated entirely, through character designs, posture, dialogue, even color.  Heasley&#039;s skill at character development is that he uses all of these techniques to create a well-rounded cast with subtlety and nuance.  Despite the fact it is a &#039;gag&#039; strip, it has the depth of a serial, and the characters to make it work. 

Again, my two cents.  Thank you for hearing me out.
