Yes Fisk killed terrorists because he was following in his dads footsteps. And yes Fisk and Lucy had some incest in the 7 or 8 chapter but in the naylorcast he tells us that they shrugged it of because they were teens with high emotions and because Lucy was in so many shot relatonships.
