It’s captioned as the Battle of Breed’s Hill. While I do question the use of “1832″, Innes did use the correct painting. I’m sure as a Revolutionary War buff that she claims to be, she would ascertain that she does not use a painting from a different event to “drive the plot.”

Innes captioned the picture as dating from “1832″ haha, no, and the painting depicts a French and Indian War event. I think she based her entire plot around a very fault image. What do they teach at Columbia? Not history, I guess.
